So addictive.
I bought the Neo 2 when my baby was coming up to 3 months old. To begin with he watched while I moved the little buttons about, but gradually, as his motor skills have developed, he has begun to grab at the coloured toggles and levers himself. I would certainly recommend it to help with hand/eye coordination. It is colourful, makes lovely sounds, has great textures and is just addictive. Really hard to put down. And yes, adults love it too!

A big hit with my baby
I dont quite remember how old my daughter was when we bought her one of these, but I do remember that it was VERY popular! She used to sit quietly and play with it for ages and ages. (Ive even noticed that most adult visitors to our home have difficulty putting it down once they pick it up gor a quick play!) The toy also seemed to do wonders in developing her pincer grip.
