BTCC Review 2003
Best of a bad job? In a way, yes, in a way, no. This DVD has everything you would expect, but is lacking something, something that isnt immediately obvious but becomes so as you watch it.The race weekend coverage is good, I wish it could be so much longer, but we cant have it all. Although I cannot see anything different to what you get for normal ITV coverage, the overall standard is excellent. It is then, when you have seen the whole season, that you like to have a look at the bonus features; which is where this DVD falters. You could have a look through the Circuit Info section for a map of the track and an on-board lap around every circuit. Well not every circuit, they seem to have forgotten Croft. Then you might want to find out where your fave driver ended up on the grid for race two in Donington, but you dont know because they only mention three names. So then, you decide that because you only managed to watch the first three rounds, because your wife came in and demanded your services elsewhere, you come back to the DVD and there seems to be no way of watching the remainder of the season, without it stopping after each round. Oh and what about that track day you are going on next week. Off to Donington with the lads and your Metro, ready to burn some rubber, why not learn the track from on board an Astra. Oh... but you cant because the camera is mounted behind the rear view mirror, with a wire hanging down restricting your vision somewhat... oh well. Im going to stop moaning now, but if you like the BTCC, buy this DVD there is plenty of action and it is well worth having.

BTCC 2003
Althogh the ITV coverage and the commentary team was not as good as the good old days of Charlie Cox and John Watson the 03 review is a very good look at this years great season. It shows reasonable length features on each race and also contains a good range of additional features such as featurettes on Honda Racing MG and some of the drivers plus other details such as next years calender. A very good review, much better than 2001!

Well what can i say. About his 8th series and still going strong. An amzing series consisting of him building a westfield sports car. When he is building he seems to take no time at all. 4 Stars because of the cheesy jokes. Part from that great series that you can keep watching. Highly recomme..

Dude, Wheres My Car? [LBX] [2001] (REGION 1) (NTSC)
|
An entry into an already rather overcrowded market, Dude, Wheres My Car? is a very dumb but exuberant comedy aimed fairly and squarely at the teen market. An attempt to recreate the classic feel of certain movies from the late 80s and early 90s, it centres around two hopeless individuals (Jesse and Chester) and their efforts to piece together the night before and, more importantly, find Jesses car. The plot--such as it is, takes in many a convoluted turn with the introduction of transsexu..
