Rotten for Apples
Shame theres no facility for no stars. I bought a copy of Microsofts Frontpage for Macintosh computers having been led to believe by a PC user that it is an excellent product. I would have returned it to Amazon had I not damaged its manual beyond repair in frustration at trying to make sense of its intriguing text. My first assumption was that maybe I was incredibly stupid and asked my PC friend and web designer to help me out. He then began to wonder at his own intellect. This program is clearly a ploy by Bill Gates to drive Mac users to suicide.All he has succeeded in doing is to relieve me over a hundred quid. Mac users, take my advice, if you want to learn how to make websites, get yourself a copy of Macromedias Dreameaver 4 and the visual guide book by Tarin Powers...It really does work! Dreamweaver 4 costs a fortune but is fantastic. Nice one Bill. For sale one copy of Microsoft Front page for Macintosh...Badly damaged, price, free.

Fluffy content aside, Ive *never* seen a book riddled with so many typographical and editorial errors. Worst are the inaccurate URLs and "page to come" spaceholders that were never replaced with the actual page numbers. How did this book get published in this condition?..

This book is totally outdated with 2-dimentional examples. Maybe nice for a beginner, not for (semi)professionals...
