Mediocre....
The main drawback of this product was the flimsy ear-clips that it came with, both were broken within a week, and on getting in touch with nokia they told me that they would be out of these clips for another six weeks because of the demand for them! Otherwise the headsets performance was ok, up to 10m without crackle was good, but again it was let down by its poor battery life. I have now returned this to amazon and will upgrade to a more expensive (but hopefully better) headset.

Typical Nokia - not cheap but quality
Easy to set up, easy to use. Nokia work hard to make their products intuitive and this is no exception. The power on/off button is a bit small but then the whole unit is compact.Performance wise this works fine coupled to my Nokia 6310. As usual nokia have kept the operation simple but fully featured.Using voice names to activate the phone while driving seems about 90% reliable depending on background noise. Overall a good product which, given that its made in Mexico could be sold for less money. The instruction book is a model of clarity, (english version at least), unlike some electronics products.

Nokia HDW-2
This really must be the worst product that Nokia has ever made! Ive had one for sometime now, & I was convinced that there was a problem with the battery, as it ran flat SO quickly. I took the item to two different Nokia dealers, & a service centre, but they said that nothing was wrong. Their customer service is actually a joke. I still wasnt convined that it could possibly work so badly & be ok, so I bought a new battery & guess what? Its still crap! My advice to anyone would be, DONT waste your money on this item. The sound quality is barely acceptable, the build quality is cheap & nasty, but worst of all, it will run flat quicker than Nokia will take your money!
