Is there a proofreader in the house?
Fluffy content aside, Ive *never* seen a book riddled with so many typographical and editorial errors. Worst are the inaccurate URLs and "page to come" spaceholders that were never replaced with the actual page numbers. How did this book get published in this condition?

An excellent guide to building sites that work
From the wild variation in star ratings, I was initially reluctant to make such an expensive purchase. But I have found this book to be an investment; a clear guide to what works on the web and why. Most refreshingly, it lacks the condescending tone of other books in the genre.

Good for 1st Graders
This book took 2 mins to annoy me. The content looks like it was written by an eight year old. If you know nothing about web, design or computers, then you may stand a chance of learing something from this book. If however, you are over 10 years old, then you may find this book as simple and boring as I did. It has no design, and its supposed to be a book on design. It had 2 typos by the time Id finished the introduction, by which point, I couldnt bring myself to read a sentence more. An appauling book with no real content or knowledge of the subject.
