Agfa E-Photo CL20 Digital Camera

£ 99.99
Reasonable performance at a bargain price
Ive only had the camera a few days, but Im very pleased with it. It is small, simple and produces reasonable quality photos. I am still on my first set of batteries and the USB connection is fast and does not drain the cameras internal power supply.

As a web cam its excellent.

I am used to silver halide cameras and so the lack of a LCD screen for picture previews is not a problem, if it exends battery life its an asset!

I await the arrival of a 64MB compact flash card as the 1 MB on board memory is pityful and only enough for 6 pictures in highest resolution.

The flash range is small but if adhered to it produces good results, outside results are better that I had expected.

My priorities were :- Price, Picture quality, Small size.

This camera delivers what I want.

Excellent point and click
I bought this camera 12 months ago. Subsequently I have used it for all my photos and have been extremely pleased with it. It seems to be at its best outdoors, photos taken in the Middle East in v. bright sun have had no problems at all. I even used it at the birth of my son and the results are great. The only slight whinge is the memory, but I bought a 64MB Compact Flash card so no longer a problem.
I certainly recommend this as a cheap and very cheerful solution.

Fantastic little camera, bargain price.
I bought this camera from Amazon back around June of last year.
It has taken the best part of a year before I have seen another 1.2MP camera for under £100. I fully agree with your other viewer who said that outdoor sunshine shots are fantastic. Ive taken it on three holidays (July 01 - Venice; Oct 01 - Sardinia; and Mar 02 - Salzburg)and it was perfect. Pocket sized, simple to use, simple to buy batteries for (AA sized), and simple to download once you return. Ive used Duracell Ultra M2 batteries, which were OK for one week holidays.
Have also used it for Web meetings with friends who spent 8 months in New Zealand.
The wife (bless her!) even dropped it whilst we were standing at a hotel reception, onto a marble floor, with no damage.
To sum up, a cracking little point and shoot digital camera, perfect for holidays.

Fuji Spare Li-Ion Battery for FinePix 4900 (NP-80)

This battery is also good for the 4800.

I used my camera a lot when sight-seeing in London and didnt need a spare battery, but it was a sunny day and therefore i didnt use the flash and couldnt use the LCD. However, taking video clips of a firework display on the south coast and using the flash f..

Canon Travel Case for Digital Ixus / Ixus V

Like the previous reviewer, I bought this "sight unseen" as there was no photograph. Its a lovely case, very well made and thought out - but its got room for about 4 Ixi (plural of Ixus?) - and the camera just rattles around inside it.
To me, the point of the Ixus is its compactness. I assumed t..

Digital Ixus Camera 2.11 MP

This camera is perfect for snaps, and wonderful for beautiful close up shots. Since I bought mine I have taken it everywhere because it is so small and unobtrusive to use. And I have convinced at least 3 of my friends to go digital. I have taken more photos with this camera in the last 4 months than..

Canon Powershot G1

The Powershot G1 aims at offering professional camera features in a compact body. Its only slightly heavier and larger than a typical point-and-shoot compact camera but manages to pack a lot into the space. The 3.3 Megapixel CCD gives a commendable maximum image size of 2,048 by 1,536. Theres a 3x optical zoom and a 4x digital zoom on top. The lens retracts into the body when its switched off. The 1.8-inch LCD panel tilts and swivels which proves a boon when you get more adventurous positioning ..
