A wonderfully comprehensive no-nonsense guide
This book avoids the usual hype that surrounds the beauty advice given to mature women, and the advice given can be followed by any woman between thirty and ninety! The Tried & Tested sections on products, from anti-aging creams, serums, moisturisers, make-up, etc. gave a totally impartial review, as the products were blind-tested, which is far more helpful than the promotional write-ups one normally reads in magazines. The book does not hard-sell expensive creams and products as the weapon against ageing, but advocates a more holistic approach to ones outlook, attitude, and lifestyle, with interviews with inspiring women. The only hard sell is on growing old itself in the most flattering and enjoyable way one can!

Fantastic highly recommended
Being a confirmed anti-wrinkle cream user for many years, it is refreshing to find a book that confirms honestly that I have not completely been wasting my time and money. Excellent to find a review of such a wide range of products on the market.
