its alright, cool but noisy..
i am not an allegy sufferer or anything but i bought this purifier hoping this will help me to sleep in cleaner air as i have a bad habit of smoking in bedroom. the model i bought is bionaire BAP242 with ioniser, and it looks cool. after i kept it on for 1 full day, i did not notice significant difference, but i could somehow smell that the air is cleaner and cooler, so its alright.

the one thing that drives me a bit mad is the noise!! Before i bought this item, i read a few reviews on air purifiers, and i saw a lot of people complainin on noise, by then i thought i could handle it for my health? but it turned out to be a bit of problem. there are 3 settings, high and medium and sleep mode.. even on sleep mode which i use most times, its noticibly noisy.. u cant fool urself, it is noisy!!
if only this was a bit quieter then this will make really great room companion. but still i think it worth the money, no regret buying it!!
