Good standard VCR
This sony VCR is a good, reliable machine with the sort of excellent craftsmanship you come to expect from Sony. Its reasonably priced and is easy to operate. It lacks scart functionality but hey at this price who can complain!

The reviews so far indicated this is an excellent innovation and it may be the end of my search. My experience with rechargeable batteries, including Li-ions is that , no rechargeable can be good enough. They are only good really for short term mobile/out door use. Car/mains adaptor is the answer.
This unit replaces my old sharp deck which was fine, but not Long play Now this has suprised me,...... I wasnt expecting this player to sound any different to my Sharp deck, which was about 5 years old, I love minidisc and just wanted a unit with long play....but it is noticeably better, and now..
