Fluffy content aside, Ive *never* seen a book riddled with so many typographical and editorial errors. Worst are the inaccurate URLs and "page to come" spaceholders that were never replaced with the actual page numbers. How did this book get published in this condition?..

This book is totally outdated with 2-dimentional examples. Maybe nice for a beginner, not for (semi)professionals...
