The DJ1002 headphones are top-quality DJ cans. The 40 mm drivers can kick-out enough power to drown out any background noise, letting you hear exactly whats playing. Thanks to a maximum input power of 1,000 MW and additional speaker protection you can really crank up the volume without fear of damaging the headphones or experiencing distortion.
The frequency response has a high of a reasonable 25 KHz all the way down to an excellent 10 Hz. The volume of the headphones is slightly less than its bigger brother, but at 105 db/MW is still powerful. With an 32-ohm impedance the headphones also come with a three-metre coiled lead, fixed 3.5 mm gold plated jack and screw-on 6.3 mm adapter, but no mono/stereo switch on this model.
The headphones produce sound thats as sweet as a nut, though for casual listening the bass isnt as warm as other headphones with an open back, but it is perfectly defined. Almost important as the sound is the build.
